Professional land surveyors are also consulted if you are planning to build any new structures on your property, such as additions, garages, swimming pools, walls, or any structures that require an existing condition plan of your property. Additionally, if you are planning to subdivide your property, the services of a professional land surveyor are required.
Commercial Services
We offer a wide range of commercial land planning and surveying services to meet all your needs for a reasonable price. Please note that a copy of the deed for the property is required for all commercial services.
